THE JOB: Set up and manage the church’s iPad and microphone to live stream worship on Zoom.
WHEN: Please arrive by 9:55am. Sit by the iPad during service in case there is a problem.
HOW: Please complete the following steps:
SET UP TRIPOD:Set up the tripod in second row pew. The tripod is stored on the right hand side of the stage.
TURN ON iPAD: The passcode is 5446
LOG INTO ZOOM: The username and passcode is written on a sticker on the ipad In Zoom, go to “scheduled” and choose OD weekly worship link.
MOUNT iPAD: Place iPad on tripod. Plug-in microphone to iPad and make sure the green light comes on when Zoom is started. If it’s red, restart Zoom to reconnect. Set microphone on stand in first row.
MONITOR:Remain by iPad to monitor the screen during worship to make sure the camera is pointed correctly for any movement on stage and that sound is working. This person will also need to admit people into the Zoom call as long as this security function is equipped. Youth are great at doing this job!
