Setup

THE JOB: Make coffee (see Coffee instructions), set up greeter table, and sandwich boards.

WHEN: Please arrive by 9:30am

HOW: Complete the follow tasks before people arrive: 

• SANDWICH BOARDS: Set out the sandwich boards. Signs are located behind the stage.

  GREETER TABLE: The table and the items that go on the table are located behind the stage. Set up the table and cover with the table cloth (inside the bin). Place items from the bin on the table, e.g.

  • communication materials for Garfield Community Farm

  • information on giving opportunities.

• CHILDREN’S AREA: The children’s ministry team will arrange the kids’ area in the back of the worship space and set up the children’s activity tale outside the worship space.
