Greeters
THE JOB: Warmly greet visitors
WHEN: Please arrive by 10:15 am
HOW: The table will already be set up for you. Please stand at the table and greet people as they arrive. Keep the following things in mind:
Greet worshipers as they arrive.
Let people know if coffee or “goodies” are available .
If there are name tags on the welcome table, please encourage their use. Make sure to wear your own name tag!
Direct visitors to the worship space if they are new.
Keep an eye out for new people and introduce yourself. Hand them a greeter card if needed. Please encourage them to fill out a “contact card” if possible. Then Greeters are responsible to input this to a new person spreadsheet.
