For this month's Open Door Movie Group, we're planning to see Mickey 17 (trailer here) on Thursday, March 27. This is the latest movie from Bong Joon Ho who won Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Original Screenplay for his last film, Parasite. The logline of the movie is: "Mickey 17, known as an 'expendable,' goes on a dangerous journey to colonize an ice planet."

We'll be seeing the movie at 7:10 PM at the Manor Theater in Squirrel Hill.

We haven't seen the movie yet, so please don't take this invitation as an Open Door endorsement of the film, which is rated R. The IMDB parental guide can be found here. We'll leave it up to parents to determine whether the movie is appropriate for your children.
